IGNORANCE-THE GREATEST MONSTER IN AFRICA

  The holy bible says ‘’my people are   destroyed due to lack of  knowledge (ignorance). Sometimes I wonder why Africa  is regarded as a poor continent despite here abundance natural and human resources. The truth is that most if not all the African leader are ignorant of the fact that their problem is ignorance. This had made them to keep running to the whites for the solutions to their problems. The whites are not God, they have their problem also, and only that they try to solve their problems without running to anybody for solutions. When these whites have problems, they look inwardly, because there is always a solution to every problem and the answer will always come from within. Some countries like Germany does not have enough sun shine daily and petroleum, and she not generate electricity for her citizen. She harnessed the sun and generates up to 35.5 billion of watts of electricity.

WHY SUFFER IN THE MIDST OF ABUNDANCE?

Few days ago I posted why public power (NEPA or PHCN or their new name I don’t know) will never work in Nigeria. I know so many persons never believed me or felt I was just writing for the sake of writing, but the reality on ground is showing that right away. Not few days after the post, we all suffered a very terrible fuel scarcity where a liter of petrol (PMS) goes for up to N300:00 in some places and transport cost went up by 100%. My heart went to some of my friends that were running generators to power their businesses; I know that these guys are in a big loss. With no public power available, and no fuel available to run their generators, I know they are in a big trouble. I now said to myself “why are we suffering in the midst of abundance”. We are the 7^th largest producer of crude oil in the world with none of the FOUR refineries working. We still depend on refined products outside the country so the importers can toy with us whenever they like. Anyway that is the problem of the government; they have to deal with it.

We are blessed with an average of 10 hours of sunshine daily and up to 12 hours of sunshine in the northern part of this country, yet we are not generating single electricity to the grid via the sun. It is a pity that we are suffering in the midst of abundance due to ignorance. The holy bible said, “My people are destroyed due to lack of knowledge”. Germany is generating up to 35.5GW as at 2013 with an average of 5-6 hours of sunshine daily. This means we do not know how to do that. But we can generate up to 100GW of electricity from the sun into the national if we want and know that we can.

Do You Know Your Environment

environment is a gift from our parents to us, use it, protect it and keep it
for our children. To protect the environment therefore, we must use CLEAN
ENERGIES. Clean energies only come from GREEN ENERGIES; Green energies only
come from RENEWABLE energy sources. Renewable energies are FREE Energies.

Example of renewable energy sources are Sun that provides heat, light
(electricity), electromagnetic etc. Wind energy provides electricity via wind
turbines; Water provides electricity via hydro dams and tidal turbines.

Make a duty to use clean, renewable energy to provide electricity
for your homes and businesses.

WHY THE PUBLIC POWER (NEPA OR PHCN) CANNOT WORK IN NIGERIA

Many might see me as a prophet of doom, but I used the past to judge the present and to predict the future. During OBJ administrations, many companies had a contract to generate, transmit and distribute power in Nigeria, many of them were companies that existed on papers, no physical offices or sites to build the power plant; what did we get? Your answer is as good as mine. From investigations many high profile politicians are shareholder in many generator selling companies like Marapco, Jabile and so on. This simply implies that their companies must always be in business. The last administration left 5000MW for the entire country… can this power the homes and businesses of over 160million Nigerian? Your answer is as good as mine. We need at least a minimum of 50,000MW of power to have about 12 hours of power supply. Can this administration do it in the next 4 years? Your answer is as good as mine. Nigeria is the highest consumer of electricity in the world; do you think the importers and the manufacturers of these generators will want to go out of business very soon? Your answer is as good as mine. Many of these generators are fakes with aluminum coils. I bought a generator in November 2011, and was pumping water with it in March, 2012, the coil burnt up and I had to recoil to be able to use it and since then it cannot function well. I bought another one for my church in less than one year, the generator packed up. I know that many people had had similar experiences.

The only way out.

There is no need stating the problem without providing the solution. The solution is simple if you can begin to use the natural resources given to us by God to generate FREE electricity. The sun is given to us to provide light which we can convert to electricity. Germany is doing that right now since 2013 generating up to 35.5GW of electricity from solar power system. HOW MUCH ARE YOU PAYING FOR YOUR IGNORANCE? PART 1

Education is expensive but ignorance is more. You pay once or for some time to get educated, but you pay for the rest of your life and even beyond when you are ignorant. How much do I pay for my ignorance? Is the question every right think person should be asking himself/herself. Bishop David Oyedepo of The Winners Chapel said “we learn every day, If you stop to learn you start to die”.

Every one of us pays for his/her ignorance, but when you pay more, you become poor. We pay the Doctors and Nurses to treat us because we are ignorant, we pay the drivers/pilots/sailors to carry us from one place to another because of our ignorance to drive/fly or sail the ship/boats. The list can go on and on.

The most pathetic is when you pay for what you can get for free. We have been given all we need to live happily and successfully in this world according to 2 Peter 1:3. The bible says that “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge”.
